• What is a decision?
• What decisions do I make everyday?
• Students will make a list of the decisions each group member has made today about food and about involvement in activity
• Class discussion about results

Making good decisions

Using the following three points as a guide, students are to create a poster, series of pamphlets or folder to inform their peers about making good decisions

• What is the decision making process?
• What are some of the influences on decision making?
• How can we support others in decision making?
